The purpose of Xilin Northwest Chinese School Inc. shall be to teach school-age children after their regular school hours the Chinese language and Chinese culture, including Chinese art, dance, songs, and martial arts. The Corporation shall be organized exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation shall be run as an independent, non-commercial educational organization.

Chicago North Chinese School (“CNCS”) was founded in 1981 with the mission to provide a superb learning environment in Chinese language and culture for the next generation of ethnic Chinese families and non-Chinese community members in the Chicago area. The CNCS offers Chinese language courses and culture related activities for students ranging from kindergarten to high school and adults as well. The school is a non-profit organization supported by the voluntary services of 15 administrative officers and more than 20 teachers, most of whom are parents of enrolled students.

The mission of the Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute is to conduct training programs and events to promote Chinese language and culture; introduce the best of Chinese culture to America and vice versa; educate people of the two cultures on how to communicate more efficiently; assist main-stream corporations reaching out to the Asian American communities; facilitate American corporations to do business in China by supplying outsourcing consulting and translation; organize city tours for Chinese visitors and Chinatown tours for general public; Import and export cultural products
